The Shadow Works model is based off the KISS principle “keep it simple stupid”.  Our processes are accomplished by hand to exacting standards.  The handmade production allows us some flexibility to take on small batch jobs that others could not. In small and medium batch sized-runs, we hear time and time again that by the time that you negotiate with the big manufacturing company, your vision for marketing a great product is fading into a pipe dream because of lack of resources and other practical matters.
