We aim to assure our customers that their valuable products are both manufactured to high standard and known safe.

The manufacture of highest quality CBD products requires a trusted source of certified organic hemp and processed  hemp crude to extract isolates and distillates of CBD and other minor cannibinoids.  Our sources come from certified US hemp farms in Oregon, Washington, and Colorado.  The Hemp biomass is harvested, stored, and refined to produce best-in-class CBD isolates and distillates. CBD is the most valuable component of the products it is used in and we treat it with the respect it deserves. 

This product is not Marijuana and designer hemp maximizes the CBD content and minimizes the psychoactive ingredient  in Marijuana (Tetrahydrocannabinol, aka THC).  This is both a legal distinction and practical matter for CBD  product manufacturing and retailing.  For the purest, there are several varieties of CBD available, including distolate “full  spectrum”, distolate “full spectrum with THC mitigation”, and “CBD isolate”.  We manufacture CBD products using any of these high quality CBD components, which when processed will be legal within US interstate commerce.  For retail sales  requiring THC levels that are undetectable, we manufacture using “full spectrum with THC mitigation” and “CBD  isolate” that result in “non-detectable”, or “ND” amounts of THC in the finished product.  

Our CBD materials and components are laboratory tested by the lot for strength and purity. 

Purity is critical, since your retail product will list CBD content in milligrams (Mg) and the formulation of the CBD retail  product is dependent on a trusted formulation, which may change by the lot, the result verified by independent laboratory testing. Some customers will choose to make available to retail customers the results of laboratory tests.  Our record keeping protocol and lot code marking make each product a known and trusted product that you will be proud to call our own. Our usual manufacturing processes will make permanent record of components (by make, model, quantity and lot) used  for customer review and could facilitate a recall if necessary.  The components are all of highest quality, but may also be  specified or procured by the manufacturing customer. 

 We have insurance to cover workmanship on all of our white label manufactured products and would insist that our  customers also provide proof of insurance for their intended retail products.  For CBD product retailing, this insurance is  specific and would “also name” Shadow Works.
